Our boiler hasn't been right since November 2016, we had 2 previous company's out who couldn't sort it. We called Central Heating Hub Ltd who came and sorted it on the first visit. They done this at a very competitive cost. Very nice people. We would use this company again and will recommend to family and friends.

The firm was the closest when I looked for a firm to service my central heating boiler on the 'Which? Trusted Trader' list. The receptionist was helpful in answering my questions on an initial phone call, and when I phoned to book the service. They were able to give me an appointment the next day. The engineer arrived early, spent over an hour on the service. Checked radiators, and even the gas cooker. He answered all my questions in an unhurried way. He wore overshoes to avoid bringing in dirt and was very pleasant as well.

Although my Bosch boiler was not originally purchased from neil and his team, I have used them to service it. Very professional team, extremely product aware, polite and reliable. From start to finish neil and his whole team are helpful and their attention to detail is second to known. Even to the point where the service man wear protective covers over their work boots, only a little thing to some but i have experienced other tradesmen that leave marks on carpets and don't seem to care as much about their customers as these guys do. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with Central Heating Hub. The engineer turned up on time and worked very hard. The before and after customer service had been excellent. They kept us going with the temp fix & hot water and loaned us fan heaters until our new system could be installed. They were in constant contact with updates and even replied out of hours. Would definitely recommend.
